The Envoy-S has the added ability of monitoring both the electricity generated by your Solar PV system and the electricity being imported into and exported from your home to the grid. This will give you a more complete picture of what is happening with electricity in your home.

If the solar PV system has been installed and commissioned correctly by the original installer, the installation of an Enphase Envoy is expected to allow an update of the firmware on the microinverters and return them to normal operating conditions.
SolarShare is NOT the original installer of the Solar PV systems at the Barnageeragh estate and accepts no liability or responsibility for the operation of the solar PV system.
The installation of an Enphase Envoy is not a guarantee that the solar PV system will restart electricity generation as there may be other issues stopping it that are unrelated to the microinverter firmware update.
In the event that the solar PV system does not return to normal working conditions after the installation of the Enphase Envoy, the customer may request it be removed without having to pay the final outstanding balance. However, they will not be entitled to a refund of their deposit which recovers the cost of installation and removal of the Envoy.
